The researchers found that the total value of solar ranges from $256 per MWh to $318 per MWh, after considering both economic and social benefits of the development. Of the total value, the highest value components are the Market Price Reduction (averaging $55 per MWh) and the Economic Development Value (averaging $44 per MWh), Clean Power found.
