Clean Power Research, L.L.C. (“Clean Power Research”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides research and software services in the areas of solar prediction, energy valuation and program optimization for the energy industry, including online services through our websites (collectively, “Site”). We offer the Site for your information and education. Use of and access to the Site is subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use (“Terms”), so please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. Clean Power Research reserves the right to limit or terminate your access to the Site if you do not comply with these Terms.
Clean Power Research reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice to you. The applicable and most current version of the Terms can be reviewed by clicking on the “Terms of Use” hypertext link located at the bottom of our web pages. Use of the Site after the effective date of a modification constitutes your acceptance of any modified Terms.
We care about the privacy of our users. Our privacy policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Site. By using our Site, you agree that Clean Power Research can use such data in accordance with our privacy policy.

The Clean Power Research logo; Powering Intelligent Energy Decisions tagline; and WattPlan, SolarAnywhere, PowerBill, and PowerClerk are the registered and unregistered trademarks of Clean Power Research LLC. All other trademarks are property of their respective companies. All trademarks and registered trademarks are protected by U.S. and international trademark laws.
The Site Content may include online software services (“Services”) that enable you to transmit and store certain materials and information (“Data”) to Clean Power Research, including comments and feedback. For any Data that you transmit, provide or store via the Site or Services, you acknowledge that the Data is not confidential and grant Clean Power Research and our subsidiaries and affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the Data throughout the world in any media, for any purpose, without restriction and without payment to you.
In connection with your use of any Service you (i) will not knowingly or intentionally, and will not authorize any third party to, transmit, provide or store any Data that Clean Power Research, in our sole discretion, deems inappropriate, unlawful, harmful (including without limitation viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful or destructive files), threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, invasive of another’s privacy, a violation of another’s intellectual property or other proprietary rights, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate, and (ii) will conduct business in a professional manner while using the Services and Site.
Clean Power Research does not provide you with the equipment to use the Site. You are responsible for all fees charged by third parties to access and use the Site (e.g., charges by ISPs or mobile carriers). When you register to open an account anywhere on the Clean Power Research Site, or when you contact Clean Power Research through the Clean Power Research Site for the purpose of receiving information, products or services, Clean Power Research may collect certain personal information about you. Clean Power Research’s use of such information is governed by the provisions of our privacy statement for the Site. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information (and, for as long as you continue to use your Clean Power Research Site account, to update such information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete) to the best of your ability. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Clean Power Research Site password and you are responsible for your activities that occur under your password. You agree to notify Clean Power Research immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security related to the Clean Power Research Site. Clean Power Research reserves the right to require you to change your password if Clean Power Research believes that your password is no longer secure. Clean Power Research will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any part of the Site. If we discontinue the Site or a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get your information from the Site or Service.
Unless otherwise agreed by Clean Power Research in writing, Clean Power Research is not obligated to provide any support for the Services or any other part of the Site.
Clean Power Research is not responsible or liable in any manner for any third party content or products or services offered through, linked to or posted on the Site.
The Site and all Site Content included in the Site are provided “AS IS,” with no warranties whatsoever. Clean Power Research disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the Site is at your sole risk and responsibility.
You may create links to this Site from other websites, but only in accordance with the following terms and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Absent Clean Power Research’s written authorization otherwise, a website that links to this Site:
a. may link to, but shall not replicate, any Materials (including any Clean Power Research logo);
b. shall not create a browser or border environment around any Materials;
c. shall not imply that Clean Power Research endorses such website or any products, services, or content available through such website;
d. shall not misrepresent its relationship with Clean Power Research;
