Who Is Eligible to Attend?

This year, registration is limited to employees at utilities and energy agencies that use PowerClerk. If you have questions about your eligibility to attend, please contact us.

Terms & Conditions

By registering for PowerClerk Reflow 2020, you agree to the terms outlined below, as well as the Clean Power Research Privacy Policy and Terms of Use policy.

Purchase/Payment Policy

Payment may be made via credit card or a purchase order (PO) from an authorized customer/utility. Credit card payments are made at time of registration. To request a payment via PO, contact us via the Reflow contact us form to arrange payment. Your registration will be canceled if Clean Power Research does not receive a valid PO within 30 days of registration, or no later than May 4, 2020.

Substitution Policy

Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time at no charge, but must be made in writing. To make a substitution, submit your request via the Reflow contact us form.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel for a full refund of your registration fee prior to May 4, 2020. No registration fee refund will be available after May 4, 2020. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the Reflow contact us form.

Photography, Audio & Video Recording

Reflow is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit photographing, or video- or audio-taping some conference activities. Clean Power Research reserves the right to use images taken at the conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.
