PowerClerk Reflow is ideal for:
All utility and agency staff that work directly or indirectly with PowerClerk are welcome. IT staff will get the greatest benefit from Reflow if your organization is integrating (or thinking about integrating) PowerClerk with backend systems, or your organization is contemplating wider usage of PowerClerk across a range of program types.
Reflow is an ideal place to learn best practices from Clean Power Research product and engineering team members, and other users (utilities, agencies). Attendees will learn about upcoming initiatives and new capabilities, while also getting opportunities to gain hands-on experiences with the product.
This year, Clean Power Research is only accepting registrations from current or prospective utility and energy agency customers.
The sessions will cover topics that provide practical training for those implementing and maintaining PowerClerk at their organizations, and for those planning to address new programs with PowerClerk for emerging DERs and beyond.
Reflow will kick-off with an evening reception on Monday, June 1, and continue for a full day of sessions on Tuesday, June 2. Additional sessions will be held in the morning on Wednesday, June 3, and the conference will end at 2:30 in the afternoon. Click here to see the Reflow agenda.

Reflow is being held at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport, which is located in Renton, Washington. Click here for more information about the location.
During the conference, business casual is appropriate. In June, weather in the Seattle area can be cool, particularly in the evenings, and sometimes rainy. To handle any kind of weather, we recommend dressing in layers by bringing a jacket or sweater and a rain jacket.
Clean Power Research is committed to environmental sustainability. We will make every effort to make the Reflow event as green as possible, such as offering electronic copies of materials in lieu of paper copies.
Key to our green efforts is the location. The Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is a LEED Certified, Green Key award winning hotel. The hotel’s environmental sustainability program includes a wide range of water and energy conservation efforts, recycling and community activities—they even recycle kitchen oil for biodiesel fuel production.
The cost to attend Reflow is $899 per person if you register on or before March 9, 2020. Beginning March 10, 2020, the cost to register is $999 per person. For more information about registration, click here.
Your registration fee includes admittance for one person to all conference sessions and all meals and events listed on the Agenda.
The registration fee does not include airfare, ground or airport transfers, hotel accommodations or meals other than those listed on the Agenda.
Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time at no charge, but must be made in writing. To make a substitution, please contact us with information about the request.
Please note that cancellation of all travel and hotel accommodations is the responsibility of the registrant.
You may cancel for a full refund of your registration fee prior to May 4, 2020. No registration fee refund will be available after May 4, 2020. Please contact us to cancel your reservation.
Please note, however, that hotel and airfare refunds are not determined by Clean Power Research. Please contact the hotel or airline directly if you have questions and to cancel arrangements.
While payment with a credit card is preferred, Clean Power Research will accept a PO from an authorized customer/utility. Please contact us to arrange payment by PO. Your registration will be canceled if Clean Power Research does not receive a valid PO within 30 days of registration, or no later than May 4, 2020.
To book a room at the hotel conference rate, book early. There are a limited number of rooms available at the conference rate, and rooms will only be available through May 11, 2020. For information about booking your hotel at the conference rate, click on the Travel and Accommodations page.
The Hyatt Regency Lake Washington will provide cancelation information at the time you book your reservation. Typically the hotel requires cancellation more than 72 hours before your arrival date to avoid a penalty.
