All registrants for Reflow 2020 will receive a full refund of registration fees to the original form of payment. Clean Power Research will contact registrants with additional information about the refund process.

What will happen to my hotel reservation?

What will happen to my airfare or other travel arrangements?

Registrants are responsible for canceling any airfare or other travel arrangements that may have been booked. Many airlines are offering flexible refund options at this time due to the COVID-19 situation. Please contact your airline directly to review options.

Will Reflow be rescheduled to another date?

Clean Power Research plans to reschedule Reflow during the first half of 2021. While we are disappointed to cancel this year’s event, we look forward to reconvening next year.

In the meantime, we are planning a series of webinars that will cover new features and new ways of leveraging PowerClerk to help utilities better manage flows across the organization. We’ll send information about those webinars when available.
