About the Product Marketing Manager Role

The Product Marketing team at Clean Power Research is growing and we’re adding staff to our SolarAnywhere® product marketing team. In this role, you’ll create powerful product positioning, messaging, sales enablement tools and creative demand and content campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention and expansion in the U.S. and across the globe. You’ll develop a deep knowledge of our customers and target roles to inform the best strategies and tactics to facilitate the customer journey for our SolarAnywhere product suite.

You’ll help guide GTM activities for new features, define and deepen the product narrative, and deliver compelling content to promote internal and external activations. You’ll plan and manage engaging, ROI-driven digital and in-person industry events, and you’ll interact with industry partners to develop and execute joint campaigns. This is a highly impactful role that sits at the intersection of Product Management, Sales and Customer Success teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of SolarAnywhere product features and competitor landscape to provide actionable insights and differentiators on key competitors
  • Create positioning and messaging with compelling narratives that align with our customer needs in each stage of the buyer journey
  • Build and amplify compelling content for key enablement assets such as customer-facing presentations, product collateral, customer testimonials, case studies and more
  • Support product launches and growth programs
  • Passionately lead and support in-person and digital events
  • Grow and expand our digital presence via evolving and updating SolarAnywhere.com and driving organic search traffic via SEO
  • Identify and drive prospects though the sales pipeline via marketing campaigns, thought leadership, content marketing, webinars, events and more

Skills, Knowledge & Passion Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B go-to-market (sales, marketing, sales enablement or customer success); prefer experience in solar or technology industry
  • Proven experience in developing and executing digital demand generation and GTM campaigns
  • Skilled in managing product launches and developing regional or global campaigns
  • Own digital and in-person event planning and execution
  • Deep passion and interest in solar and renewable energy
  • Great communicator, storyteller and writer (writing examples will be required)
  • Systems thinker—we wear a lot of hats and arere looking for team members that can think holistically and can act independently
  • Highly organized and self-directed
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • Marketo & Salesforce CRM skills highly desired

Pay Range & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $95,000 to $130,000 annual depending on experience
  • Benefits: Bonus Potential
  • Additional Benefits: Paid PTO, Sick Time, Holidays, Medical/Dental/Vision/Life and Disability Insurance
