Clean Power Research was founded in 1998 by Dr. Thomas E. Hoff. We have offices in Napa, California and Kirkland, Washington. Clean Power Research provides consulting and software services to evaluate the economics of clean energy investments. Dr. Hoff holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University and has 20 years of experience in the area of photovoltaic and other clean energy technologies.
